Criswell is not a local dealer for me. I went there because it seemed to be the only Honda dealer around (in Maryland, at least), that had an Accord with a manual transmission in stock. I just bought a 2013 Honda Fit here last week. This was me and my husbands first time buying a new car and I was very nervous because of all the horror stories I heard about dealers being misleading and pu me and my husbands first time buying a new car and I was very nervous because of all the horror stories I heard about dealers being misleading and pushy. I didn't want to haggle, I just wanted a good price and good customer service. Criswell really made me feel better about the experience. I started out by emailing a number of dealers that I knew had the car I wanted. I asked for their out the door price and Richard Ewalt was the quickest and most direct with his emails, not the mention he gave me the lowest quote. A number of other dealerships either didn't answer my questions or were clearly including discounts I could not get (military, college etc.), but did not say so. I made an appointment with Richard at Criswell. He was not pushy at all and we did a test drive right away where he explained all the cars features including showing us around under the hood. We knew we wanted the car and he honored the price he gave me in the email. We then went on to Kolo for financing. I had pre-approved financing from my bank when I came in, but we were pleasantly surprised when he helped us get the .9% interest rate. Of course, they do try to sell you a few extra packages. We ended up getting the extended warranty, but passed on everything else and he was very courteous and not pushy when we said no thanks, even saying "If you don't see the value, don't get it" which I appreciated. After all the papers were signed (they were also very patient with me asking for clarification on some things) we met with Kevin and he showed us how to work some of the features in our new car. He even helped connect my phone to the bluetooth. Overall, it was a very good experience and will be at the top of our list next time we want to buy a car. More

David Ki was very friendly right from the beginning and he was very helpful during test drive and trade-in appraisal. He was not pushy when we said we will be back. He let go off his kids' trick-or treat event for making this sale. He took time to explain the features of the van. He presented the options/accessories to us but did not make "hard-sale" when we declined it. He engaged us with small talks while finance was preparing our paper work. Over all, we had a very pleasant (exhausting, of course) experience buying our van. Good job David. Keep it up. More

I went to Criswell Honda just to take a look at what was available for Odyssey. Rich met me at the door and offered to help me. He proceeded to show me the various features and recommended a trim that fit available for Odyssey. Rich met me at the door and offered to help me. When we finally got down to talking the numbers I felt that he was really trying to get me the best price he could. I ended up getting just what I wanted for a great price!!
