Bought 2014 Odyssey Touring from Jaime at Criswell. The price is good, and the service is excellent. I live in Catonsville and found Criswell Honda on Autotrader.com while looking for safe clean used car for my Daughter. Her car was totaled by another driver. Autotrader.com and Edmunds.com gave me t Autotrader.com while looking for safe clean used car for my Daughter. Her car was totaled by another driver. Autotrader.com and Edmunds.com gave me the info.to decide on several cars. As I spoke with several auto dealers by phone, I found Criswell to be easy to talk to, they answered my questions honestly. I knew this because I knew some of the answers already by internet info. of Edmunds. The person I spoke with was Walter. I went the 40 miles to Criswell due to their friendliness and of course they had a car that fit our need and price. I came to Criswell the next day and dealt with Mark Mead, after test driving the Nissan Versa and found it was just what was best for our Daughter ( basic car with little frills just good reports and good gas mileage ). Mark worked with us to agree on a price satisfactory to us. Mark even honored the agreement that Walter discussed on the phone after we set the price. Mark smoothed the way with the finance dept. When we worked with Mahaman Kolo business mgr. he helped smooth the way with problem of our tags from wrecked car. One tag was lost when old car was towed to lot in Catonsville. Mahaman worked with to solve best way to handle tag problem. Overall the price was good, car was better, but customer service was best. Yes I would recommend Criswell Honda and Mark Mead. Larry More

I worked with Brandon Shaffer and would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a car. I spent many months researching Odyssey's as I new buying a new Honda Odyssey was going to be a huge him to anyone who is in the market for a car. Of all the sales folks I worked (I worked with 7+) with in the DC Metropolitan area Brandon was by far the easiest to talk with, the most straightforward, provided great follow-up but wasn't too pushy. My background is in IT Sales and it was great finally getting to work with a respectable car salesman. When my son was looking to buy his first car, he found several dealerships (online) that had the car he was looking for. The staff is just going through the motions and are apathetic. First, the service associate asked me to coordinate with a sales associate to get a new key. Why? Are Criswell employees not allowed to apathetic. First, the service associate asked me to coordinate with a sales associate to get a new key. Why? Are Criswell employees not allowed to talk to each other in different departments? It doesn't make sense that they put this on the customer to do. When I picked up the car, I inquired about the new key and the cashier told me that it was in the car. I could not find the key in the car so I returned to the cashier. He then looked at the paperwork and informed me that since it did not say to make a new key, none was made. Thanks, pal, why could you not do this before you made me walk to my car and back? Finally, Criswell agreed to make me a new key. After waiting for 20 minutes, I inquired about the key and was told that it takes 15 minutes to cut it and 30 minutes to program it. Why did they not give me the option of making me a key the next visit rather than making me wait on a Friday afternoon 45 minutes for a spare key? I received a call the next day from someone at Criswell inquiring about how my experience was. When I told them it was not good and gave the same details as above, I was told that the service manager would be in touch with me. That was three weeks ago and I have not heard from Criswell. To make matters worse, I just received an email from Criswell informing me that my car was ready for service (eventhough they had just performed it 3 weeks ago). When I called Criswell and asked for the contact that was listed in the e-mail I was told he no longer works there. A professional place would either give the name of a current employee or just say to call the service department. How difficult can it be to update an e-mail? Now can you see what I mean that they just go through the motions and are apathetic? More
