We just purchased our third car from Victor Castro and it won't be the last. We did not bother going to any other dealerships. He decided on an extended service warranty since he plans to keep his new car for a long time. I drove the car back to Criswell Honda to show the wasp nest to Estaban because I did not think that anyone would believe me if I simply described verbally what I discovered. We LOVE the car and have named all of the wasps....Judy, Hank, Loretta and Tommy. We lowered the windows and let them all out as we drove home. No problems.... Best Regards to you all, Bill More

Having already had a great experience leasing my Honda Civic from Criswell earlier this year, I brought my wife to look at the new 2014 CR-V. Met with Victor Castro & Steve McClay. Both of them were extremely helpful & professional. Victor already knew that I had a Civic, but took a lot of time explaining in simple terms the functions & features of the CR-V to my wife. Since this was going to be her first car, it really made her feel comfortable. With a dozen or so Honda dealers in this area you can pretty much shop from one to another for weeks on end & keep getting at least a dollar cheaper each time, but in the end you buy it from the dealership & salesman.
