We just purchased our third car from Victor Castro and it won't be the last. We did not bother going to any other dealerships. Victor's friendly and informal style made our visit to the dealership an enjoyable afternoon and not an unpleasant or stressful experience. He explained all of the options and features as well as the costs or each item. Before we were done, we knew exactly what we were getting and how much each item would cost. We we were even allowed to have special items ordered that we wanted included in the car that we selected. This allowed my son to get exactly what he wanted and again at a very fair price. He decided on an extended service warranty since he plans to keep his new car for a long time. When someone else in our family is ready for a new car, where we will go will be an easy decision to make. Thanks again to Victor for being the finest dealer it has been my pleasure to meed and do business with. Sean Egnew was also very helpful in explaining all of the financial details and especially the extended warranty plan we selected as well as all of the benefits of purchasing that particular plan. Thanks to Dominique, Estaban and Victor for all the excellent service, attention to detail, and very competitive pricing. I found the wasps nest in the engine compartment, attached in part, to the ra excellent service, attention to detail, and very competitive pricing. I found the wasps nest in the engine compartment, attached in part, to the radiator...most likely because the wasps wanted a warm dry place for their nest. I drove the car back to Criswell Honda to show the wasp nest to Estaban because I did not think that anyone would believe me if I simply described verbally what I discovered. We LOVE the car and have named all of the wasps....Judy, Hank, Loretta and Tommy. We lowered the windows and let them all out as we drove home. No problems.... Best Regards to you all, Bill More

Having already had a great experience leasing my Honda Civic from Criswell earlier this year, I brought my wife to look at the new 2014 CR-V. Met with Victor Castro & Steve McClay. Both of them were extre Civic from Criswell earlier this year, I brought my wife to look at the new 2014 CR-V. Met with Victor Castro & Steve McClay. Both of them were extremely helpful & professional. Victor already knew that I had a Civic, but took a lot of time explaining in simple terms the functions & features of the CR-V to my wife. Since this was going to be her first car, it really made her feel comfortable. With a dozen or so Honda dealers in this area you can pretty much shop from one to another for weeks on end & keep getting at least a dollar cheaper each time, but in the end you buy it from the dealership & salesman. Do yourself a favor, when you're ready to buy a Honda skip the anxiety & just go see Victor Castro & the great crew at Criswell. Enough said? Carl Culos More
I've recently had the misfortune of taking my 2007 Accord to your dealership for servicing. --> 9/17/13 Poor Service Management - Paithoon is absolutely rude and made me feel as though I was incon Accord to your dealership for servicing. --> 9/17/13 Poor Service Management - Paithoon is absolutely rude and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him by being there. He first insisted there was NO safety recall on my car, failed to get the "free body work estimate conducted" - even after keeping my car thru the afternoon, I had to spend an additional 45 min during pickup to get the body specialist to look at my car. --> Poor Documentation - NO DATA to show how off my vehicle's alignment was provided - that is standard procedure at ANY alignment shop and this a dealership! Upon asking Paithoon why that data was not provided he responds by saying "well our wheel balancing machine is out" - I fail to see the relevance and believe that an alignment check should have been conducted as ASKED before conducting the actual work! --> 9/18/13 Upon receiving a Customer Service follow-up call, I expressed dis-satisfaction and unwillingness to return - Brain convinced me that there was in fact a recall on my vehicle and requested I give Criswell another chance - upon driving there from Gaithersburg, and meeting with Lester, I was told "oh - took care of your recall yesterday" - of course, the same Paithoon who insists there is NO recall is intruding into the conversation saying YES! Not only does this dealership have interdepartmental communication gaps, but also Service Managers who take no accountability when making mistakes or mis-informing or even not-informing customers! NOWHERE ON THE CUSTOMER INVOICE does it state the SAFETY RECALL was remediated! I can provide copies! More

My husband and I had the MOST WONDERFUL experience at Criswell Honda this weekend. Our salesman Dominique was helpful, polite, and friendly right from the start. We immediately felt comfortable with him Criswell Honda this weekend. Our salesman Dominique was helpful, polite, and friendly right from the start. We immediately felt comfortable with him. He was 100% honest and fair with us every step of the way. I genuinely felt like he wanted us to be able to walk away with our car, and not just because it was a sale for him, but because he genuinely wanted to see me happy! As you know, buying a car can take a little bit of time, but not once did we feel like we were left alone and forgotten. Dominique checked in with us constantly, offering us coffee, water, soda, anything to make us feel more comfortable while we waited. They even made sure I had a place to plug in my cell phone because I was running low on battery! And, most impressive of all, even after the car was ours and the papers were signed, Jim and Esteban came back over to shake our hands and thank us for our business-- they genuinely appreciated it! For the first time ever, we walked out of a car dealership feeling like we were truly taken care of and not screwed over- that was an AMAZING feeling! I can assure you, Criswell and especially Dominique just gained another life long customer! And best of all, I LOVE my new Accord!! Happy happy girl over here!! Thanks Criswell!!
