Criswell Honda

Through Edmunds.com our search for a new Honda Civic took us to Criswell and five or so other dealerships. After knowing what we should expect to pay for what we wanted, we asked (email) the dealers to matc us to Criswell and five or so other dealerships. Kevin Ferguson (and Steve McClay, Kevin's manager) of Criswell came back promptly with the best offer. A short phone call to finalize to the out-the-door price, a drive to the dealership, and two and a half hours (could be shorter if we did not need Honda's college grads bonus discount) later we left the dealership with a pristine Civic. Overall, it's the best car buying experience to us. Kevin was very thorough, professional, and pleasant to work with. Thank you, Kevin. Definitely Criswell will be on the top of our list when we have a need for another car. More

Dominic was referred to me by a friend who indicated she had recently had a good experience buying a car from him. I had not planned on buying a car this year, but was forced to do so after my car had been totaled in an accident. Dominic, and Bobby, were both very patient, and helpful, as I figured out which car to buy. Dominic went out of his way to quote me the best price possible, and was willing to hold the car for me for a few days in hopes my insurance refund would come in the mail. He even offered to come in on his day off to finish off the deal. I was able to test drive multiple models to enable to see which car would be the best fit for me. Overall, a pleasant experience for this reluctant car buyer. More

Buying a car through Dominique Vattuone was a very pleasant experience. My husband and I had done our research before arriving at Criswell's, and knew what we wanted to pay for a new Pilot. We told him the car we wanted to buy, he retrieved it, we test drove it, decided to purchase it. When we arrived back to the dealership, he excused himself for a couple of minutes and came back with a sales offer within $100 of what we wanted to pay. Never had an easier car-buying experience, and the first one that didn't result in a headache. Excellent, ethical, no nonsense car salesman. Who would have believed there was such a thing?
