Originally received a written price via the Internet for a Honda CRV EXL, good through 5:00 PM Saturday 31 August 2013. However, on a visit to the dealership on Saturday 31 August 2013 by my spouse and a Honda CRV EXL, good through 5:00 PM Saturday 31 August 2013. However, on a visit to the dealership on Saturday 31 August 2013 by my spouse and I, we were instead directed to other Honda CRV EXL's at much higher prices (many thousands of dollars higher), despite clearly indicating that (a) our original inquiry was through the Internet, (b) the original sales employee who provided the original quote made his presence known to the other sales associate who attended us, and (c) the internal dealership documentation used by the sales associate who attended us clearly indicated the Internet source of our inquiry. After requesting several times "what is your best offer" which resulted in prices that were thousands of dollars higher than the original Internet quote provided, including intervention by a sales manager which did not result in any significant price reduction, and since the original Internet offer for a similar Honda CRV EXL was NEVER provided or honored, we felt we were being subjected to a classic "bait and switch" situation, and left the dealership extremely disappointed and upset. A followup complaint in writing and a suibsequent telephone call with the dealer only reconfirmed that this was in fact a classic "bait and switch" situation, as the excuses I got started with (a) prices do not get updated on the Internet that quickly, and continued with (b) the vehicle in question may have been sold earlier that day, ignoring that the original Internet price in writing that was good until 5:00 PM that same day was never offered! Hence, the above treatment, which is misleading at best and fraudulent at worst, is the reason for the rating of my experience, and the reason for my complete dissatisfaction with this dealership, and also the reason I am considering filing a formal complaint, above and beyond what I have already communicated with the dealership verbally and in writing. More

My wife and I were at the beginning stages of looking for a car to replace our 2007 Honda Fit. We had done some homework and felt that the Honda CRV would meet our needs. We were very impressed with his professionalism and the speed of reaching out to us. He suggested that we take a test drive to see if the CRV would be the car for us. In less than 3 days, we went to the showroom. Victor was very personable and professional in attending to us. He was very thorough in his explanation of every aspect of the car and the various options. Although we hadn't planned to purchase the CRV that day, we felt that we had all of the information to make a decision and traded in our Fit and purchased the CRV. The entire process was very pleasant and Victor was wonderful during the entire process. Victor even helped us set up our Phone using the cars handsfree option. We were very pleased!!! More
