Was told our Pilot needed all new brakes and possibly rotors as well. Was qouted $1580 for all 4 pads and rotors. Took it to our trusted local mechanic and the entire job was done for $561.00 Using Cr rotors as well. Was qouted $1580 for all 4 pads and rotors. Jaime checked the current problem and informed me I probably needed a new engine. Oh no! Well, it did have 169,000 miles on it. I didn't make a decision immediately and Jaime was OK with that. I decided to try and buy a new car because in the end, even when repaired, it was still 10 years old. Mr. Castro was very adept at finding a car on your lot that fit my needs and was very patient with me. We spent several hours together and I never felt rushed. He gave me a tour of your service dept even though I have gotten service there before. Mr. Azari was very professional and friendly and went out of his way to reassure me that things would be worked out financially. Then, Mr. Castro helped me empty out my car which was 'loaded' with stuff and transfer it to the new one. I came to realize that I bought the same car I bought 10 years ago! Same color and model excepts there are new technologies to get used to. My 03 was the first car that I picked out for myself. I guess I still really love it. I feel reassured, that the warranty I purchased will give me security in knowing that any major repairs will be taken care of. That means a lot to me. I always tell my sons who are mustang fans that 'I love my Honda'. I already feel that way with my new car. Thanks so much. More
I took my car into Criswell Honda for service that another company had recommended I needed. After seeing all of the good reviews & asking around, I decided to take my Nissan Maxima there to see what another company had recommended I needed. After seeing all of the good reviews & asking around, I decided to take my Nissan Maxima there to see what there recommendations were. They were very truthful, courteous & helpful in making me understand exactly what I needed to have done NOW (since I was on a strict budget) & what could wait to be done later when I saved up a little more money which ended up being CHEAPER & LESS than the other company had recommended. A very nice gentleman, Lester Abel, helped me figure out my options since I was having such a hard time understanding. He definitely is a asset to Criswell! I had the pure pleasure of running into a younger gentleman named Anthony, he was very polite & respectful. Got my car for me & even helped me into it, since I am handicapped. You don't get person-to-person service anymore & Criswell has done an excellent job with training there employee's. I will take my car there for ALL repairs from now on. Thank you & keep up the good work!!! More
We wanted a scarce black 2013 Accord. Criswell with Dominique Vattuone was a breath of fresh air. Excellent price quoted up front, and willing to get us the car we wanted. We were grateful to be treated with respect. Criswell seems to have a different business model than others: earn business with good service and value, rather than bullying customers into buying something they don't want. More
