We needed to purchase a car in one day and were very stressed about accomplishing our goal. Our first stop was Criswell Honda. We arrived around 4:30 pm and left the dealership at 9:30 pm. The dealership hours were until 6pm. Rohit stayed for our entire car buying experience. He even took the time at 9:30 pm to show me some technical things on the car, pop the hood and explain things and make sure that we were completely comfortable with the car. Personally, I have never had to buy a vehicle before and was terrified. However, thanks to Rohit (and my great family), the experience was a pleasure. Dominique Vattuone was the salesperson who assisted us in buying our new car. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did his best to meet our needs regarding the price and features of the vehicle we wanted to buying our new car. First of all, I heard about Criswell Honda through a friend, who recently purchased his car from them. He was impressed with the dealership and recommended them to me. I think it's due to how they all worked as a team, and especially the salesman who helped me, Dominique Vattuone, who promoted this teamwork among the staff. I see how the friendliness and great customer service reflected this. I highly recommend the dealership and Dominique Vattuone - he was very patient and worked with all my concerns. I did not feel pressured into buying a car, and quite frankly wasn't expecting to buy one on my first visit, but it happened very smoothly. I was also looking at the Nissans, and Dominique was more than accommodating to take me over to the Nissan dealership so I can test drive the cars. Because he was friendly and patient, I was able to test drive different models of Nissans and Hondas during my first visit, which helped me to make a better decision on the spot. More

I left the dealership to figure out what I wanted and to figure out if I would be trading in my car. In the meantime, he called to follow up regarding the colors and features I requested. I came back to the dealership that evening; and because of curiosity, I test drove a new 2012 Crosstour model that was in the showroom. After they kindly moved almost all the cars in the showroom, I ended up purchasing the newest model of the Crosstour, fully-loaded.
