We looking at the 2019 crv and John gave us the information. Because we are asking the out of door price to be $29000 which John says too low. So we left but on our way home, John called us saying we can have the deal if we bring the document showing we have a vehicle of other brand and is 2009 or over. So we came today again. As John was not there, Natasha Parsard took us. My wife wanted to see the 2020 models too, so we spent some time with that model. Finally, we picked the 2019, then Natasha said the price is 29740. I told her we and John agreed to 29000. She had to ask the manager, when she came back, she said going to honor 29000 as it was approved by the other manager. And that manager was fired on Wednesday as he did not know how to do business. So when my wife knew that the mileage on that vehicle is 60+ so she asked whether there is others that have lower mileage. She came back after checking said the other is 150+. But when I looking at your wedsite just now, there are several of the similar color sitting in the lot. Quite honest! Then Mr Kevin Ferguson, the big manager showed up, he kept cut in when we talked. He turned ugly when my wife asking to have half hours to discuss with friends. Even more, when my wife"s friend called her, he said he only allowed her to talk 5 minutes otherwise the deal is off. Of course the dealt is off because he wants to blow it off as the price 29000 is too low that he cannot make good money. Thank you for the good customer service More

What was amazing was in 2019, when we needed to use our warranty agreement to fix a faulty air conditioner: I couldn't find the original warranty, and the guy who answered the phone on the weekend wasn't able to help me. So I called John, who connected me with the service manager. Everything quickly fell into place, and Honda honored the warranty. I would definitely buy a car from John again. More

Being without a car After taking the 2016 Honda Civic to multiple dealers since Dec 31st, 2019, Criswell finally identified the issue after a month and half. Turned out t After taking the 2016 Honda Civic to multiple dealers since Dec 31st, 2019, Criswell finally identified the issue after a month and half. Turned out the Body Control Module (BCM) was initiating a parasitic draw. Well, a new BCM would not be ready until April leaving us without a car for over two months! Obviously, this is going to put us through stress in regards to getting to work, going to events, finances, etc., due to renting a car for that long is outrageous! We have constantly been on the phone with the dealership, honda care, and american honda to at least provide a loaner car as this issue is with HONDA, not us. Tania was helpful in providing us a free extra day on the 6 day rental form honda care but it was band-aid in this whole process.Needless to say, Honda as a whole does not care anymore about their customers unless you buy brand new cars and only then do they seem to provide quality care and service for those in need. It just baffles me that after providing our business to this place, they just try to find ways not to accommodate customers, especially in a off the wall situation where a part takes two months to be available! When asked if the sales rep could provide some support, they said an email would be sent but never heard back. Don't see how that is possible. At this point, we would just rather get rid of the car and go to another non-Honda dealership. More
