One example is when my wife noticed that there were a few marks on the side of the car and Tommy took the car back to the detail department to have the marks removed. Tommy was professional and responsive to all of our questions . Mike worked with me to negotiate a reasonable and realistic out-the-door price based on the retail price of the car we were buying and the trade in price of our car. Luis worked with us to get an affordable warranty package that met the needs for our used Ford Edge.
