Staff were friendly and efficient I came in after experiencing a total loss of my vehicle. Insurance was taking a super long time to settle the claim but the rental coverage had run ou I came in after experiencing a total loss of my vehicle. Insurance was taking a super long time to settle the claim but the rental coverage had run out and I needed a car ASAP. My existing loan was still open and I was concerned about trying to get another line of credit without any trade in or money down. Criswell Honda helped me through this difficult process by providing me friendly and understanding customer service and working to find me a good deal in the financial department. I started my experience with Anthony Voisinet who took me for a test drive of two vehicles and provided me a break down of the offer of the car I settled on. He didn't pressure me and took time to answer all my questions and show me features of the vehicle I was interested in. He was then promoted and I worked with Yanet Lopez a little over two weeks later to close the deal. Yanet was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She made sure I was still happy with the vehicle by doing another short test drive and going over the car's features again before going through with the purchase (since it had been over two weeks since I did my initial test drive).I then worked with Jessica Baum in finance who walked me step by step through all of the financial details. She was very patient with me and helped me understand exactly l what was happening and why. I don't usually take time to write reviews, but all 3 of the staff I worked with at Criswell Honda did an outstanding job at making a stressful situation/transaction as easy and peaceful as it could possibly be. Anthony, Yanet, and Jessica were all a pleasure to work with and I recommend them in the highest possible terms. More

I visited Criswell twice before I finalized a deal on a Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. I was never felt rushed or pressured. But I was treated fairly, honestly, and with respect by 2 sales people (Steve Maroney and Dominique Vattuone) and also by Victor Azari, the finance/business manager. The sales process was extremely smooth. Over many years - I've usually found the Honda salespeople good to work with. And these measured up excellently. They were patient, allowing multiple looks and test drives as needed. And though the model and car I wanted and test-drove was bought by someone else within a few hours of my leaving Saturday afternoon, they found one that had just arrived in the same color and model. The Finance/Business Manager, Victor Azari was also excellent. Victor was fair and understanding and met our needs. Even this went very smoothly. I feel I was excellently, fairly and respectfully treated as a customer. This is what wins repeat business and referrals. I'll be back and plan to make referrals. Hopefully the service will also be as good :-) More
