Car dealership (merchant) charged for a 4 wheel alignment which was not performed. Car still pulled to the left after "service" was completed. Took car to two independent mechanics who both said merchant did which was not performed. Car still pulled to the left after "service" was completed. Took car to two independent mechanics who both said merchant did not perform 4 wheel alignment based on alignment specs. Paid another independent mechanic who specializes in car alignments to perform necessary 4 wheel alignment. Merchant charged $129.95 for work which was never done. Request refund in the amount of $129.95 for work which was never done. More

The Criswell staff was super friendly! They all work as a team, our salesperson shows us the car, the manager keeps us entertained and the finance lady Krystie helped get us the best deal!
