Had to wait while they searched for it and eventually found it. Did not include my discount coupon on the final bill and had to get the bill changed. Cashier couldn’t find someone to bring my vehicle. She drove it to me herself. Disappointing experience. More

I had put my name down for the car and i was first in line and i was told to secure my spot i will need to put a deposit down. I confirmed that i am going to buy the car and Edwin had asked his supervisor and they said that the deposit is not needed and that they would honor the agreement and said it was mine once it got delivered. I had cleared my day when the car was set to get delivered but it got delayed. When it finally showed up i was not able to go to the dealership right away because it was during the holiday season. I let Edwin know and scheduled the earliest day that worked with both of our schedules. A couple days before i was supposed to come in I get a call from Edwin saying that another sales rep has someone else lined up to purchase the vehicle. Even though i was 1st in line and was told that the car was mine and that a deposit was not necessary the supervisor tried to sell the car to someone else and the only reason they didn't sell it to the other potential buyer was because they did not clear the credit check. This really made the purchasing process stressful and annoying and they did not honor their agreement. If you use this dealership be aware that they will not honor any agreements. If they say a deposit is not necessary to secure the vehicle they are not being honest with you. I would recommend insisting you put a deposit down or just assume that the car is not yours until you have the keys. Edwin cared but the dealership had other intentions and are not looking out for the buyer. More

Mine was the first and only car in the drop off service lane. It was checked in by a service trch. Javier told me it should be ready by 10/11am. I wrote his name on the ticket as well. I called him back at 11am to check on the status ......he had no clue what I was talking about. Asked me if my car was there? Called me back at 11.37am to update with the what needs to be done on the car. Got my car at 2.30pm. Very disappointed with the customer service.!!!! More

People are nice, prices are high. I don't doubt their abilities, but they nickel and dime you to death. My $39 oil change coupon ended up costing $56. I understand the addition of shop charges, but that seems a bit high. Also, if you want to use your credit card to pay, be prepared to fork out an additional 3%. Seems a bit silly that this type of business would charge a CC fee, when most other service centers, especially small ones, do not. I typically pay $30-$40 for an oil change with tire rotation and charge it, with no issues. Also, not service-related, but there is nothing nearby to eat if you're just hanging out, except for a very scarcely stocked vending machine that charges you $2.10 for a bag of baked lays. Nice people from start to finish, but still a stealership through and through. More
