The Criswell staff was super friendly! They all work as a team, our salesperson shows us the car, the manager keeps us entertained and the finance lady Krystie helped get us the best deal! I knew exactly what I wanted. They processed the paperwork semi quickly. I was called and texted multiple times a day for 2 weeks to come in and take a survey. The manager left two voice mails asking me to take a survey for free gas and coupons. Then added I need to re sigh some paperwork. Pretty annoying. I needed a new car and all they did was process the paperwork. The finance guy did more. Not sure what I can review the “salesman” on. More
