The staff is very unfriendly and didn’t greet me, it’s a shame because I come to that dealership all of the time, they also don’t wash the car anymore and did a terrible job removing the old sticker from pr shame because I come to that dealership all of the time, they also don’t wash the car anymore and did a terrible job removing the old sticker from previous oil change, at the end of my service the service advisor ericka didn’t even go over the work that was preformed on my vehicle, and after my oil change the oil light was still on, and I had to have it reset 3x will no long return to that dealership for service or anything, More

Enrique and Ruben Ferreira were very helpful in helping me to buy my car. From the very beginning Enrique sent me a text saying that he expected me, even though they only had an older car for me to look a me to buy my car. The listened to me, found a car, and through everything were very polite and helpful. Customer service is so important to a dealership, and I’m glad I came to Criswell. I had called other closer to where I lived and they never returned calls, and were not professional. I feel comfortable buying there because I feel they will me continue to help in the future and can recommend them. More

Very communicative and helpful throughout my time in buying my vehicle. Comparing to other Nissan dealerships and sales reps, Edwin was upfront, made the time, and was Genuinely himself which made me th buying my vehicle.
