Pai checked me in and treated me with dignity and respect. Duece has always treated me and my wife with respect. We own 2 platinum Muranos that were bought and serviced there. Duece always makes sure we get the best pricing on any service performed on our vehicles. Duece and Pai make a great team in the service dept! Keep up the good customer service guys! My only concern would be Criswell Nissans police of charging 3% on credit card payments. I understand it's a business decision, but during these difficult economic turmoil, would you all please consider suspending temporarily that 3% surcharge? Your customers are the very people being affected by this government downsizing.. Just asking if Criswell Nissan can help out it's community a little during these difficult times. As usual fast and friendly service. I love that the service advisors do not push stuff on you if you do not need it. If you do need it they will advise you as such. Zero pressure.
