The service manager Deuce recommended I take my auto there to have the body work done. The service advisor at the body shop, Kevin Figueroa, was extremely helpful, as well as very professional and pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with the body work done at Criswell in Gaithersburg and we picked up our automobile today. I highly recommend this company. Whether you need to buy a car or need some body work done, this is an excellent company to work with. I highly recommend them. This is the 2nd automobile we have purchased from this company and our first time we had to have body work done. Excellent service and friendly personnel every time. I was harassed by the dealer. I was checked in at 7:10 a.m. and left the shop at 3:45 p.m. but my service was not done because I did not get the tire which was promise to me at 8: I was checked in at 7:10 a.m. and left the shop at 3:45 p.m. but my service was not done because I did not get the tire which was promise to me at 8:30 a.m. the service manager Mr pai told me this and that and the tire will arrive within 3 hours but it never showed up even around 3:30. I was frustrated because I am sick and tired of waiting. I talked to the manager and the service manager as well but nobody could help me to solve the problem. I was not at all satisfied with the service given. At least if something is promised to the customer it should be kept and if it is not there should be an apology on behalf of the manager. There must be some honesty and trustworthiness when you are dealing with customer. So I decided not to go to that shop anymore for service for my car More
