One of the best experiences we have had in buying a new car (replacing my wife's Volvo wagon). During our initial visit (we had two), Jim was very straightforward in answering our initial questions and did car (replacing my wife's Volvo wagon). We had done a fair amount of homework before our visit so we appreciated his easy going, objective manner. The electronics were probably my wife's greatest concern (too complex) so he took the time to actually bring a car inside and spent the better part of an hour walking her through the basics. Not only did it eliminate her worries but actually triggered her desire to actually learn how to use most of the features. It was raining that day and we were pushed for time so we arranged to come back the next day for a test drive. We were not really in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and had planned to look at a few other SUVs (Mercedes, Lexus, Volvo, Ford, etc.) but working with Jim during our two visits gave us enough confidence that the BMW would suit all of our needs. Therefore we elected to purchase the vehicle without checking out any other models. Jim was great at pulling together a straightforward deal which we felt was likely as fair as we would have been able to get anywhere else. For me historically, the worst part of buying a new car is having to "haggle" over the actual purchase price. I much prefer a dealer present their best price initially, and I can then do a "sanity check" online to see if it is in the ballpark. Actually Jim gave us enough comfort that the pricing was fair that I didn't even try to negotiate. Your business manager Greg was equally professional and the "paper work" was effortless. Jim then spent close to three hours walking my wife through every detail in the car. He was truly a saint as he patiently answered all of her questions and pointed out some of the subtleties she likely would have never figured out. We really enjoyed our experience with Jim and will be back for our next purchase (or maybe lease next time). My wife has been a dedicated Volvo customer (7 previous new wagons) and I am sure will now be a dedicated BMW supporter. First rate experience all around. More

This was the must friendly and concerned staff that I have ever come into contact with! They looked at my car and made me feel comfortable with leaving my car in their hands. This was by far the easiest car purchase I or my husband have ever encountered! At my mother's suggestion, we gave this dealership a try. She said she had purchased 2 cars (Benz) from them. My Experience: I was looking to replace my wife's car of over 10 years. We didn't know what we were looking for, we had to find the right fit for her. Our salesman Doug worked with us and was extremely patient as we went from one car to the next. After 2 or so hours and 6 models later my wife liked the looks and the drive of the Encore. Doug was always positive and willing to show us everything on the lot and even took us to the overflow area. He made numerous trips to check out key after key, even as I grew frustrated with the lack of finding a car, Doug smiled, got us some water and moved on to the next car. As we got to the Encore and noticed the same good looks as the Enclave but not as large , my wife's body language changed. After a test drive, she said she liked it. At that point we said we would take it. By this time the dealership had closed. Doug and Ed (sales manager) never missed a beat and worked to close the deal as fast as possible. As Ed did the paperwork, Doug cleaned and gassed the new Encore up. Thanks again for a great experience. Service like this will change the stigma of car dealerships. Chris More
