I am giving Crossroads Ford and our sales person, Kevin Wilson an excellent rating. Recently I came to the conclusion that I needed to trade in my Chevy suburban for a new vehicle. It had no warranty left and was $300 ing me to death. My son had previously worked with Kevin on purchasing a Ford 250 truck. I was present during some of those transactions and I couldn't help but like the way Kevin was helping Tyler and his willingness to do whatever it took to make the sale happen for Tyler. I felt a feeling of trust in what Kevin was saying and thought to myself, when I need to buy a new vehicle I think I might try a Ford and Crossroads is where I will go and I will ask for Kevin to be my salesperson. That is what initially brought me to Crossroads in the search of a vehicle. This was a big step for me, as I am a widow and do not have the significant other to help make the right decision. When I arrived I asked for Kevin, he was with another customer, but I was willing to wait. So, I went and sat in the Ford Expedition that caught my eye. Once Kevin got over there we looked at all the features on the vehicle and went on a test drive. He literally spent the entire day with me, answering a thousand questions, (believe you me I ask a ton of questions). When we started negotiating price, Kevin must have gone to the higher up over a dozen times. In the end I signed the papers and purchased my new Expedition. I know that working with me had to be mentally exhausting but Kevin never showed any signs. He was just as patient as he could be and I think he knew that this was a big thing for me. Not only was I buying a vehicle, I was changing from a Chevy to a Ford. I had never had a Ford before but liked the looks of my son's. I can honestly say that I love my Expedition. It was the right decision. Since then, I have had great customer service if I needed to know anything. 20,000 miles later in only eight months , no problems with my vehicle. I highly recommend the dealership, Crossroads Ford and salesperson, Kevin Wilson. More

I found the certified pre-owned Fusion hybrid that I wanted at this dealership on the internet , I submitted a bid online; Rod Hunter called me back and we negotiated on a price before I drove the two h wanted at this dealership on the internet , I submitted a bid online; Rod Hunter called me back and we negotiated on a price before I drove the two hours to the dealership. I was pleased that they did not try to renegotiate after I arrived. I was also pleased that I did not get a high pressure sales job for add-ons in the finance department, although I did end up buying a 100K bumper to bumper Ford factory warranty at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with this dealership and was surprised at the sheer number of specialty cars that were on hand at this store, it was like walking into a car magazine. More
I found a used Silverado on autotrader listed there that caught my eye and called to make sure it was still available before I made the 45 minute drive. When I told Don I was on my way, he made sure the truck was sitting right out front warmed up. Don was a pleasure to deal with as a salesman. I have been to 20+ dealerships in the last few months looking for my truck and normally dealt with the pushy, arrogant sales guys that have made me not want to purchase from them. That was not my experience at Crossroads. These guys made me feel like they appreciated my business, and in today's economy, that makes all the difference in the world. I paid a little more for my truck (not much, the price was more than fair) than I could have for an identical one about another hour down the road because of this. Getting my deal done took longer than expected, but it was here that this team shined. It was a little after 7pm when I arrived and dealing with my bank was causing big delays. They closed at 9 that night but Don wasn't about to leave. I had some concerns with small repairs and sat down with Don, Pat, & Jabbar to hash out my price. These gentleman were professional and helped me get the right price that fit my truck and budget. It was after midnight when we we're able to finish all of the paperwork and these guys were all smiles and friendly the whole time. I know they weren't to happy to be there that late, but you couldn't tell it by their attitude. In comparison, I called another dealership at 4pm that day to let them know I was on my way. The sales manager there said they closed at 5 and didn't have time to start a sale that late. They had a skeleton crew and he had dinner plans. Thanks to them I found myself at Crossroads. I will be looking to upgrade my wife's jeep to a larger SUV within the next year or so and you an bet the farm that I'll be giving Don and the crew at Crossroads in Indian Trail my business. I hope this review reaches your team at the dealership. If it does, make sure those guys know I appreciate being treated the way I was during my late night purchase. It made what is normally a frustrating experience great. Thanks guys, and I love my truck! More
