Lisa helped my mother with her new auto purchase a couple of months ago. We went to the dealership not at all planning to purchase that day. The car was being brought in from another lot and even though she was due to leave at 6, she stayed until I could get back there around 7:30. She was also great with our kids!! It was my 6 year olds birthday and she have her balloons and even have one to my son. We were very appreciative and would certainly recommend her and the dealership. Michael was also very nice and helpful. He too previously helped my mother. Thanks to all!!! More

Come to find out the used car I had purchased from the other dealership had been in a wreck. Jerald and Mike helped me get out the car and reduce my interest rate drastically!!!! You won't find a nice more professional group of people!! Jerald is awesome. He had contacted me several time to make sure that I am still happy with my new Edge!!! When my husband came to the dealership just to "look" at trucks; he didn't expect to leave with one that same day. This dealership is absolutely first class! Not only did they work to find me a vehicle, and succeed, but they did everything they could with pricing to get me in the vehicle. I've never seen a team of people work so hard to earn my business. They were never pushy or rude, but courteous and professional. Not only did they sell me a car, they have my business for the rest of my life. After visiting countless other dealerships, and feeling like a piece of dirt, or like I was simply wasting their time, Crossroads treated me like royalty. I also noticed the sales staff going out of their way to open the door for me and my family every time we entered and exited the building. What a refreshing experience! I could write a book about how this entire staff worked hard to earn my business. I've actually never encountered anything like this in my decades of buying new or used cars. Words simply can't express how impressed I am with this group at Crossroads. If you're looking to buy either a new or used car, this is the place I'd recommend. At least give them a shot.
