Outstanding Service Beginning to End! I am taking the time to write this review only because the service at Crown Acura in Clearwater was so exceptional. From the beginning, working with G I am taking the time to write this review only because the service at Crown Acura in Clearwater was so exceptional. From the beginning, working with Gary Scott was enjoyable. I appreciated his honesty and cutting out all the BS which clearly had me wanting to stick around. We took a lengthy drive in the Acura RDX which enabled me to understand the vehicle and all its options. The lease options were straight forward without all the hassles of starting with a ridiculous price. Gary Scott is a fabulous sales person and I can say this as I was one for 35 years of my life. He is honest, caring, smart and funny! Enjoyable all the way around! He actually sold a sales person! Of course he did have help from his manager John Pearson. John was equally as pleasant and again a straight shooter. Ultimately, I leased the car. With that said, there were a few issues on my end and Gary was so patient and helpful. The help did not end with the lease signing. Gary spent hours ensuring I understood every aspect of the vehicle options. I literally took video’s as he explained everything in detail!
