The service reps at Crown Acura, just like at Crown Honda and Mercedes, are all well trained professionals. My recent experience at Crown Acura is a great example of the kind of service I have come to expect at Crown dealerships. He ensured I knew exactly what the service entailed and why it needed to be performed. He was never pushy and never tried to upsell. I made an appointment to come in to test drive the two cars I was interested in and when I got there he had even put them both off to the side for me to look at. I can't say enough about how smooth this experience was for me as I've not always experienced this when I've had to look for a car in the past. Gary Scott, John and Keith were all a pleasure to work with and I would recommend anyone in the market for a car, especially an Acura go there!
