Having not bought a car at a dealer in over twenty years we had lots of questions. Richard and Sue Ellen patiently answered each and gently walked us through the process. Leslie was a great help in understanding the finance and warranty options. Everything was laid out clearly, accurately, patiently and made extremely understandable. After viewing the inventory online at crowncars.com we came in to look at specific vehicles. This helped a lot. The website was accurate and the deal was tremendous. We live out of state. The Crown Acura Team promptly filed everything with my local DMV and even checked up on us during that process. Our tags arrived weeks sooner than we expected. We've already taken our RDX on the road and it performs beautifully. When we purchase again we will call Richard first.....and I don't think we'll wait 20 years this time. More
