I was in contact with Mr. Berrios from March of 2022 and I recently bought my Acura Integra in October of 2022. I had been texting him for the past few months about the Acura Berrios from March of 2022 and I recently bought my Acura Integra in October of 2022. I had been texting him for the past few months about the Acura Integra and he was really great in keeping me updated on the car along with offering me assistance in purchasing the car. He is a really kind man who has had experience with car sales for a while and he definitely knew what he was doing when he sold me my first car. His communication was perfect; always answering as soon as he could when I asked him a question. I actually finally met him in person on the day I was picking up my car and it was a pleasure to finally talk to him in person and hear so much advice from him. I was also a little bit nervous in driving a brand new manual transmission car and he offered to take me onto the road and give me a few tips in driving the car. What I liked the most about Mr. Berrios however is that he never just gave advice as a cars salesman, but almost as if he was a friend of your trying to give you good life advice. I have to say I’m happy that I was able to get him as the cars salesman to sell me my first car and I will 100% recommend anyone out there who wants to buy a car from Acura to contact Mr. Berrios. When we saw the vehicle first, I told the 1st salesman that I heard a weird noise during the test drive. I liked the car but asked him to have it checked by their technical manager, and have my car apprai that I heard a weird noise during the test drive. The 2nd agent Arash, acknowledged the noise, and when we got back to the agency, my son discovered that indeed a sheet metal piece was loose. They obviously took take of it immediately. Arash is extremely aggressive and he did not let me leave without a deal. The purchasing process was so fast and easy, that I could not believe I came back home with a new SUV. More
