Great Service, Above and Beyond I recently leased a 2016 Acura TLX from Crown Acura to replace my previous leased vehicle (2014 Mazda 6.) I had to return the Mazda in good condition I recently leased a 2016 Acura TLX from Crown Acura to replace my previous leased vehicle (2014 Mazda 6.) I had to return the Mazda in good condition and Brian Clausen went above and beyond to make sure that that the vehicle was in perfect shape to minimize my problems turning the car back in. This is fantastic because it is not an Acura and, not was not Crown's job. Nevertheless, the experience was superb. I cannot wait to have my new Acura serviced by Crown, and by Brian in particular. Crown Acura surely knows how to make customers for life. Way to go guys! More

Best Car Buying Experience ... Ever Gillian Barnes and Crown Acura definitely changed my opinion about buying a car. I was looking to replace my previous lease with a new TLX and from th Gillian Barnes and Crown Acura definitely changed my opinion about buying a car. I was looking to replace my previous lease with a new TLX and from the very first contact, Gillian made sure that the deal would be straight forward, in a very serious and professional manner, from the ver beginning. No cheap sales tactics or undue pressure. Since I was still on my previous lease, it took about six weeks until the deal was closed. In the meanwhile, Gillian kept me up to date on all the new offers and the day of the closing, it took less than two hours to complete everything. Gillian and Crown Acura showed that although there are many online ways to buy a vehicle nowadays, nothing beats an old fashioned honest way of doing business. They made me a customer for life. I wish the other Acura dealership in town would learn from CA. More

She spent loads of time with us before the purchase and hours after bringing us up to speed with all of the features. My husband and I fight over who gets to drive the new car. We are past Acura customers from long ago. We have owned a series of Lexus followed most recently with an Infinity. We test drove Audi, Lexus and Infinity before deciding on this vehicle. They are all nice machines, this one just seemed to do all we were looking for. More

I was having a coronary, but after some discussion Brian Bennett the service advisor said he would do what he could to lower the price. In the end it was fully covered. After 26 years of owning this car, i still received service as if i had bought only yesterday. This is why i will recommend this dealer to anyone, and in particular the excellent service department.
