Dan Morris helped me in the process as well. I used to own a 1996 TL which I had for ten years. Brought it to your dealership for service. Great to see that John Shaw is still with you in the service Dept. Now I will be coming back with an MDX (hopefully not to often) after having a Toyota Avalon for the last 5-1/2 years. I love the way the MDX Drives. Just wish it had better gas mileage ratings. Maybe you will offer a Hybrid version in the future. I really wanted Michelin Tires though. So far I am very happy to be back with Acura. More
I have been in the market for a new SUV for my wife for about a week to replace our aging Toyota Land Cruiser. After a week of reading reviews on all mid-size SUV's I decide to follow the recommendation of about a week to replace our aging Toyota Land Cruiser. After a week of reading reviews on all mid-size SUV's I decide to follow the recommendation of my next door neighbor and test drive an Acura. We visited Crown Acura and were promptly greeted by John Pearson, and after 15 minutes with him I was convinced I would buy a vehicle from John. He took the time to explain to my wife and I the in's and out's of the 2013 Acura RDX. John was very patient and extremely informative, answering all of mine's, and my wife's questions. Because we still had other vehicles to consider, we parted but in the back of my head I was convinced I would comeback to the Acura RDX, to Crown Acura and to John if the time came to purchase our next vehicle. And that is exactly what we did. I can say John Pearson is not the reason we bought the Acura RDX, but he is the reason we bought it at Crown Acura. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to my friends and family and I can also attest to the great experience we had with salesman Larry Skeens, Dan Morris, and the finance department at Crown Acura...they managed to get me a better deal than my credit union did for the financing. In my book, I would definitely buy another car in the future from Crown Acura. More
We bough an Acura ILX, 6 speed manual at Crown Acura.
