My service appointment with John Shaw on 2/8/18 was no different than it has been for the last 15 years - excellent service! Even though it has been difficult to get in and out of Crown Acura for a couple years due to construction (now done!!), I continue to schedule my service appointments with John. He always gets any questions I have answered, is really pleasant to deal with, and I know he always tells me the truth - even if it's about a service requirement I did not expect.
