My service appointment with John Shaw on 2/8/18 was no different than it has been for the last 15 years - excellent service! Even though it has been difficult to get in and out of Crown Acura for a couple years due to construction (now done!!), I continue to schedule my service appointments with John. He always gets any questions I have answered, is really pleasant to deal with, and I know he always tells me the truth - even if it's about a service requirement I did not expect. I always feel like I am an important customer to John, and I know he has a lot of them. Go see John when you need your car serviced!! More
Service Above and Beyond I took our RDX in for a regular oil change and came out with almost a "new car." John Shaw met with me and went through all that needed to be done. When he looked over my car, he took one look at my front fender which had had a run-in with my garage post about a year ago and said he thought he could make it look better. (I had tried to smooth it over by using touch up paint but it definitely looked like I had painted it.) I was flabbergasted when I went to pick up the car and he had managed to smooth over my touch up so that my fender looked new again. A year ago another employee had gotten an estimate of $400 to have it fixed and John did it for free as part of the service!!! Yes, he was very helpful in getting my service done on time and properly, but going the extra mile above and beyond what I needed was WAY beyond my expectations. More
