got my 2004 Acura oil change. Our car needs the maintenance services. Brian Bennett was very nice to help us. My car got the oil change, and found out the two tires got nails. Great car repair experience at a dealership!!! So many people say stay away from having your car repaired/serviced at the dealership...apparently they haven't gone to CROWN ACURA. I went in to have several repairs done on my Acura TL- John Shaw took the time to go through the necessary repairs and I was shocked to find that his quote was actually within dollars of the quote I received at Tiresplus and the bonus was that Acura would be using Acura parts, not after market. I cannot thank John Shaw and the service department enough for their expertise and professionalism!!! Highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed. More

My service experience was amazing! I came to Crown Acura for an oil change, I do not drive an Acura, but was treated as if I did. When I pulled in I was greeted and asked what I needed I came to Crown Acura for an oil change, I do not drive an Acura, but was treated as if I did. When I pulled in I was greeted and asked what I needed very politely, I then was taken inside and spoke with a man named Dan Victory, Dan was friendly, explained everything to me in detail as to what the process would be and also let me know in advance they were busy, but willing to squeeze me in. When my car was finished I was walked to my vehicle and sent off with a huge thank you from Dan. I would definitely return to Acura for service and recommend them to everyone. Great prices, and fabulous service. More

Welcome help with nav update I purchased the navigation update from Acura. It turned out that to update the nav on my 2014 RDX was unnecessarily complicated. I called Crown Acura I purchased the navigation update from Acura. It turned out that to update the nav on my 2014 RDX was unnecessarily complicated. I called Crown Acura and they said to bring the car in. Bart Bartley was the service representative I worked with and he was very helpful with getting the update uploaded into the nav system. I appreciated the help he gave me with the update and will continue to bring my RDX to Crown for service. More
