Always friendly, service is quality and fairly priced. Dropped in, no Appointment scheduled, had a blown fuse. Though I would have to wait!? Was fixed in 15 minutes, and..... no charge. I recently had my Acura MDX serviced and I worked with Julian Bitar. This is the second time I have worked with him and the service he gave was excellent. He started by reviewing what had been done on the Julian Bitar. This is the second time I have worked with him and the service he gave was excellent. He started by reviewing what had been done on the previous service visit and what should be done at this point. He gave me a time estimate for completion of the work as well as a cost estimate. He checked with me while I was waiting to give me updates on the process. When the work was completed he reviewed what was done and went over the multi-point inspection checklist. The process was completed in the estimated time and at the estimated cost, so there were no surprises. The work of the technicians is only one part of the service process. Julian's understanding of my needs and communication to me are important as well. I would also add that other employees passing by greeted me and some also asked if I needed anything while I was waiting. More
I had my vehicle serviced this week and worked with Julian Bitar. He did an excellent job of handling the warranty work as well as the service items. he and the dealership both get very high marks fo Julian Bitar.
