30,000 maintenace on RDX Bart Bartley was my Service Advisor and he was really excellent to work with. He understood me needing to space out the service components ($$$$), ha Bart Bartley was my Service Advisor and he was really excellent to work with. I came in for my periodic Acura MDX 18' oil change and was greeted by the service agents Bart Bartley and John Shaw.
