I brought my second TLX for service and had the great fortune of having Christopher Sanborn Jr. as my service advisor. I couldn't be happier. Chris was professional and courteous, made sure my time was valued made sure that it was fully serviced and returned ahead of schedule; he even called me to let me know that I could bring the car earlier than scheduled. Great customer service doesn't happen by accident and Chris surely demonstrated it. More

Exceptional Service, Quality and Integrity I went to Crown Acura for my first oil change in my new Acura RDX after scheduling online. I was promptly greeted by John Shaw. I felt like I had just run into an old friend. He listened to my concerns along with some time constraints I had that day and made an extraordinary effort to make sure my car was done on time. When I came back to pick up my car after service my sales rep Gillian Barnes recognized my name from the service appointment and showed up to say hi as well. I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing my car and now a great visit with John Shaw in the service department. Great Experience! I took my car in to get some work done. This was my first visit to Crown Acura. Everyone was extremely friendly right from the start.
