I felt like I had just run into an old friend. He listened to my concerns along with some time constraints I had that day and made an extraordinary effort to make sure my car was done on time. When I came back to pick up my car after service my sales rep Gillian Barnes recognized my name from the service appointment and showed up to say hi as well.
