John Shaw (Asst Service Mgr) and Sophie Morris (Sales Manager) always extend exceptional customer service whether the contact be via phone or in person. On a recent trip in this month for service, from the time I arrived (everything was all set for my appointment) until the time I picked up my car (which was already in the lane to be picked up) I felt personally very well cared for and confident that my car would also be handled in the same manner! I cannot more highly recommend this dealership -- sales as well as service! They always go the extra mile and it is appreciated! More

When you have valuable days off from your 9-5 job, the last place you want to be is at a car dealership. However, we all know we have to do it to maintain and prolong the health of our cars. John Shaw at Acura Clearwater made sure I was pampered, informed, and he provided the rationale and education I needed to make decisions on maintenance recommendations. John was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions -- even the ones about the fancy coffee machine that made good, strong coffee, and where the gooey chocolate chip cookies were! The new customer lounge had a charging station and a huge big screen TV that made the time pass quickly. After getting comfortable, I wasn't sure "I" was ready to leave when my car was ready! Thanks, John Shaw. You went above and beyond. Customer Service skills are really tough to teach because, at their core, it has to come from the heart first. More

Pricey Oil Change I typically bring our vehicles in when they require maintenance. Yesterday, my wife brought her 2019 RDX in for an oil change. She had no issues with I typically bring our vehicles in when they require maintenance. Yesterday, my wife brought her 2019 RDX in for an oil change. She had no issues with the service. Everybody was friendly and the service was completed in a timely fashion. She had a coupon from Crown Acura for an oil change for $46.99, which I found pretty steep to start with. she was asked if she wanted a tire rotation (car has 8k miles). She accepted the offer. Total cost was $87.25. I can't say this was the most economical place to get and oil change. More
