I made my appointment online and had indicated that I would need a rental car, John Shaw was my service rep for my recent trip to get my MDX serviced. I made my appointment online and had indicated that I would need a rental car, and John had the car ready and waiting for me and all of the paperwork ready for check in. I was in and out quickly. John kept me apprised of the status of my car while it was being worked on, and he was very responsive when I left a message on his voicemail. When my car was ready for pickup, I was pleasantly surprised to find that John had been working hard behind the scenes to save me money on my repair bill. The repairs were completed well withing the time he had provided as an estimate. It was a pleasant experience. When I purchased the vehicle in late 2017, Richard Morris was the sales person, and he could not have been more pleasant. The icing on the cake ended up being the intervention of his son, Dan Morris, who facilitated the sale to my complete satisfaction.
