"We run on relationships" is the biggest misnomer in the whole automotive industry. At this Crown dealership we were hugely underappraised for our trade in. We were appraised at only $500 and encouraged to get another comparison appraisal at a nearby Carmax. The sales manager, Cameron, told us he would honor any Carmax appraisal and raise it by $200. So, we followed Crown's reccomendation and went to Carmax. Carmax appraised our car at $1700! When we returned-just 2 hours later- certified Carmax appraisal in hand-we were told they did not believe the appraisal and would not honor it. This dealer will promise you one thing, and welch on every word of it if it doesn't come out in their favor. In an honest family's opinion, they are nothing short of sneaky, shrewd, immoral liars. Don't subject yourself to this business style. The sad truth is we were treated 100% better at Carmax. That should make any private dealership ashamed of themselves. More

I had my Pontiac Vibe towed in to replace a bad starter and had Harry assigned to cover my case. Harry is an incredibly kind, patient, and helpful person - I have honestly never experienced the caliber of and had Harry assigned to cover my case. The quoted price for a new GM starter ended up being higher than for a Toyota starter (as the Vibe is essentially a Matrix - labor was the same cost at both dealerships), so I decided to take the car elsewhere for service. STILL, Harry related that he understood completely, and also managed to get the car started so that I didn't have to pay to have it towed to the Toyota dealership! I was unbelievably impressed with my overall experience, and will be bringing my Vibe back for maintenance service. I'd highly recommend Harry and Crown. More

Harry goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I followed Harry from Scott Buick to Crown. He has taken care of my cars for 15 years. The problems with both my current Pontiac cars that were purchased from them have always been addressed quickly and efficiently. I do not have to wait for service to be done and the customer's satisfacti purchased from them have always been addressed quickly and efficiently.
