Made an appointment for a front end alignment and suspension check. I was told I would be given a loaner car to use upon arrival I was told there was nothing stating that in the system. I was told th suspension check. I was told I would be given a loaner car to use upon arrival I was told there was nothing stating that in the system. I was told they had a 3-4 day backlog and couldn't promise I would get my truck back the same day. After it was at the dealership for an hour or so, I check the map thru the my gmc app and saw my truck was park at a house for over forty five minutes, which turned out to be where the technician lived. I went to the dealership and questioned it. I was told the tech had to take it for a test drive and didn't seem like a big deal. Pretty much acted like this was a normal in the service department. More

Purchasing my 2024 Buick was a very long process due to shipping issues! Completed my deal on 12/31/2024 and didn’t receive my car until 4/12/2024. I actually had to contact warehouse where car was sitting shipping issues! Completed my deal on 12/31/2024 and didn’t receive my car until 4/12/2024. I actually had to contact warehouse where car was sitting to get it out on a railcar to be shipped to the actual delarship. In my opinion, the dealership should have been in contact to get it moving instead of myself. All in all, i’m just happy that i finally have my vehicle. My salesperson Sandy Cox was polite, professional and patient throughout the process. More
