Brian at used cars helped my daughter in attempting to purchase a GMC Terrain . He was very helpful & gave us a great deal with trade in as well. My daughter is a realtor & had to leave by 11:00 for an appointment but would be back by 2:00. They agreed. My daughter told Brian & Brandy please don’t sale this car while I’m gone. Bryan even told his assistant with the other party sitting in front of him that we there now & it’s first come first served so he was selling it to us. So my daughter called Brandy at 1:30 to say we were on our way & she said we sold it an hour ago that they had to honor the girl who did not show up Saturday, Sunday or Monday to buy it. Neither one had the decency to call my daughter & explain what happened. Bryan even said that the other girl was trying to get a cheaper price so that just means you locked my daughter in on a higher price to get her to buy higher since as Brandy said that y’all were obligated to honor her. xxx all of you.
