The overall experience was good. The salesman, Al Chen, was good and made the experience a pleasant one. I felt a little rushed in the financing part and felt things could have been explained a bit more thoroughly. There were a number of items charged that weren't fully explained. We didn't even know who the financing was through until we got home and looked over the papers. I know they were busy, a lot of customers and it was a bit late on a Friday when we came in, and finished up on Saturday. Bottom line, we are happy with the car, and our overall experience, just maybe need to slow down a bit on covering the financials. More
