My salesman name was Zachary LeBlanc. When I drove up to the dealership, Mr. Zack approached me and my wife. He politely asked how can he help me and whether I was in the market to buy a car or was just sho the dealership, Mr. Zack approached me and my wife. After explaining my position, he showed me the vehicles of my interest. He never pressured me about purchasing a vehicle but allowed me to direct him going forward. I left the dealership and returned the next day with a deposit to hold the vehicle while deciding. The Monday after the weekend, I went to the dealership and provided my credit information and left the dealership again. Zack never called so I called him for a status. He advised that everything was approved and the car was ready for delivery. The handling of this sale was GREAT. GO AND SEE ZACK AT CROWN BUICK, HE'S THAT BEST. More

We drove from Long Beach, MS to purchase a 2011 Pilot, when we got there we were told it had already been sold the day before. They offered us a 2013 Odyssey which was $2500 more than we were to pay for t when we got there we were told it had already been sold the day before. Though the manager and salesman were very cordial and friendly, they did not offer to drop the price of the Odyssey. I figured they could have split the difference. Last night we found out that the passenger side frontlight was burned out. Seeing as I was on chemo, I wasn't in the mood to get into a long negotiation with anyone. Was there at 10:30 and left at 1:30, too long. More

Good until working on financing which was and remains a disaster. GAP Insurance was listed on Purchase Agreement and paid, now told I don’t have GAP, and that it was a mistake on document!
