The shop could communicate more. I requested an oil change. The shop rotated my tires but did not seek prior authorization for the service. Purchased a brand new 2024 Envision and it had issues as I drove it off the lot. I scheduled an appointment with the service department on a Monday they kept the car till Friday and put 100 miles onto t I drove it off the lot. Didn’t even find or fix the issue. Don’t buy from here! More
