Had an issue with shocks on our 2018 Yukon Denali and parts were not available . Kimberly was on top of it , kept us informed all the time and the repairs were completed on time . Service advisor Kimberly Stuckey was awesome in helping me with an oil change and tire rotation, but after mentioning I had a slow leak in one tire, she had the techs check it and find a nail. They patched me with an oil change and tire rotation, but after mentioning I had a slow leak in one tire, she had the techs check it and find a nail. They patched my tire and I did not have to wait terribly long. I have Crown Buick do all my oil changes as well as service when needed. More

Jacquel Waller is very pleasant and helpful. Always a pleasure visiting Buick. However, Wasn’t happy about paying $60 for a free battery install though. The old battery was only 18 months old.
