Service department was absolute chaos when I went in for an oil change. They had construction going on at the time and nothing was done to make things easier for the customer. Cashier was a new employee a an oil change. They had construction going on at the time and nothing was done to make things easier for the customer. Cashier was a new employee and couldn't even find my car because the guy who serviced it was at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes and eventually went to find it myself Was unable to use my $60 in rewards to help pay for my oilchange because I'm not really a computer user and no one could give me my account number. NOT happy today. I have used this service center before an was never unhappy until today. More

The experience I had was great, but I would suggest that if someone needs to leave their vehicle—like I did suggest them a loaner and if there isn't a loaner vehicle available, it would be helpful to advise if someone needs to leave their vehicle—like I did suggest them a loaner and if there isn't a loaner vehicle available, it would be helpful to advise that person to come back later. Another employee from a different department ended up assisting me instead of the lady who initially took my paperwork when I arrived. Other than that, the service was good but it could have been excellent. I gave all stars because I know how survey work but in the future you can suggest a loaner to someone instead of them being out of a vehicle for a while. More
