Dissatisfied with cost and service. The oil change was $ 80,00. GMC never offers a coupon or any incentives. I will go back to Bryan Chevrolet for sales and service. Condenser replaced under warranty !! Everything was really good & I got the Tahoe back about 4:30 pm the same day after dropping it off at 7:30 am. My only minor complaint is communication could have been better. I called every hour to check on the status starting at 10:30 am & was told it had not been looked at yet. So I was worried I would not get it back the same day. Then when I spoke to Courtney at 12:30 pm she said it was being repaired & I asked why was I not called. The response was because it was a warranty repair. Next time it would be nice to get a phone call. More

They took my car right away, but i waited 2 1/2 hours. That was unnecessary. They should have a team on hand that just performs this type maintenance for customers.
