Every month a coupon or some incentives was mailed to me to encourage me to bring my vehicle to them for service. Condenser replaced under warranty !! Everything was really good & I got the Tahoe back about 4:30 pm the same day after dropping it off at 7:30 am. My only minor complaint is communication could have been better. I called every hour to check on the status starting at 10:30 am & was told it had not been looked at yet. So I was worried I would not get it back the same day. Then when I spoke to Courtney at 12:30 pm she said it was being repaired & I asked why was I not called. The response was because it was a warranty repair. Next time it would be nice to get a phone call. More

Oil change This was my first service on my new card. The service performed was fine, but WAY to long of a wait for an oil change & tire rotation. They took my car right away, but i waited 2 1/2 hours. That was unnecessary. They should have a team on hand that just performs this type maintenance for customers. It should not take more than an hour to do it. More

Terrible experience I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and service lane departure warning lights in outside rear view mirrors. Waited three hours an I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and service lane departure warning lights in outside rear view mirrors. Waited three hours and then entered service area and expressed my displeasure only to find out work not accomplished. I waited 15 minutes to receive my car which told me they did oil change and tire rotation after I sounded off. I was told they forgot to stamp my work order waiting I find that hard to believe as the service adviser discussed that with me and I saw the adviser write waiting on my ticket. I was told it was written but it was not stamped. Yeah right, I have a bridge to sell you. I have to return to get the warning light fixed which is a huge inconvience. Also I was told a take home car had to be scheduled so I had to return. We need to talk about this as I just bought a five year bumper to bumper warranty in December (not cheap) and how would I know I need a take home car scheduled until you diagnois the car. Makes me think I need to explore other service options for my bumper to bumper work. I can get a 10 minute oil change and buy a Goodyear tire rotation package which would require less of my time than your service center for my oil changes. The way you have treated me I need to spend 4 hours per oil change and three changes per year equal 12 hours and if I keep the car 8 years I have to give up 96 hours to get oil changes over the life of my car versus 10 minute oil change. More
