Car still not fixed but im out of 750 dollars I brought my car in for an diagnostic test because my coolant tank was bubbling 8/22/19 an on that day i was advised by Jeff Honeycutt that they had f I brought my car in for an diagnostic test because my coolant tank was bubbling 8/22/19 an on that day i was advised by Jeff Honeycutt that they had found the problem. My radiator cap wasn't pressurized so they replace that an did a coolant system flush also replaced spark plugs I agreed to those services by text an in person also I had a couple of recalls cool so i also agreed to those as well. I went ahead an got a tune up even though I really didn't think I needed one Later on that same day I was called back with some more repairs which made my total 801 I also was informed that I would be called around 5ish to let me know when car would be done I received no call but I was ok with that because I just wanted my car fixed. Jeff Honeycutt called 8/23/19 an stated I got you a 50 dollar discount because I didn't call you back on Thursday cool my bill was reduced to 750.I pay for the repairs drive home car seems to fixed I drive around town 8/24/19 an when I pull in my driveway my car is making the same boiling sound as before I leave my car parked at home until I got off work 8/26/19 an take car back to repair shop it is immediately wrote up for service an Tuesday 8/27/19 an im called during the day we've found your problem a blown head gasket an will give you 10% discount off of 1944.82 because we've had your car before well if my car would have been diagnosed right the previous week I wouldn't be out of 750 an car that is not driveable. I was told we put some dye in your radiator an found that you have blown head gasket upon doing my own research after the fact bubbling in the coolant tank is a sign of a blown gasket any ase trained technician would be able to tell that an besides I brought to a Chysler shop it should have been diagnosed right because seems they would no more about Chrysler products than anybody else I feel taken an Jeff Honeycutt you acted if that was ok that my car was mis diagnosed an 750 was down the drain I am beyond upset I'm appalled that a service repair shop would do a hard working paying customer that way More

Curious they don’t care about the customer I bought a car from them and when I signed all the paperwork and got my key for the car I bought, the salesman Jami gave me only one key. Jami said he will go to his manager and ask him. Jamie asked the manager “Benny” he came back saying don’t worry we will take care of it we will send it to you by mail. I left the dealership thinking that they will send it to me. I got disappointed when I text the salesman and he answered “ who I as it that said they’d give you an extra key?” I kept calling the management for this dealership and left 2 voice mail messages. With no response until today,.Finally I decided to write this review because this is not right. So be careful when they promise you something get it at the same time because this dealer will TURN around and they say who told you that? More
