We will definitely continue to take our Jeep to Crown Our Jeep has 2 recalls that needed to get fixed. We dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready the following Monday. Lathan Biggs kept me informed Our Jeep has 2 recalls that needed to get fixed. We dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready the following Monday. Lathan Biggs kept me informed of the progress the whole time it was in the shop. I told him we would need the Jeep back soon because my husband needed it for work and Lathan offered to have someone pick my husband up and take him to work. We ended up not needing a ride and everything worked out great. More
