He was able to get me in the same day afternoon from when I called. Their technician took care the vibration issue and oil change. Now the car rides nice and smooth. Overall a great experience visiting this dealer and dealing with Mr. Biggs. More
Awesome Sales Rep Eddie Bartlett was our sales rep. Crown didn't have the Jeep that we wanted in stock. Eddie and the staff at Crown located a jeep that we asked for Eddie Bartlett was our sales rep. Crown didn't have the Jeep that we wanted in stock. Eddie and the staff at Crown located a jeep that we asked for with the right color and options that we needed. The Jeep came in the very next day all cleaned up and ready to drive away in. Before we left Eddie went over all of the options on the Jeep. He helped Angie set her phone up to blue tooth, went over the Nav system so she could find her way home. Lee one of the sales managers showed us his own personal jeep and made us feel right at home. Mark Tanner in the business office answered all of our question and went over all the details with payment options. I can say this was one of the best vehicle purchases that I have encountered. The only concern was the many steps taken to rectify the problem, which in my opinion could've been avoided. Because, it was a recall due to an issue with the production of Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles, the part(s) being recalled should've already been available in the service department. When I received the letter concerning the recall, I followed protocol, I had to schedule an appointment to bring in my vehicle, I thought the part was already at the dealership, but it had to be ordered. Therefore, I had to wait on the part to come in, and then I rescheduled an appointment to get it repaired. In other words, the Corporation had to have known what part was being recalled when the letters were mailed to the owners of each vehicle. Whatever is being recalled, get the parts in-house and then schedule the customers to bring in their vehicles. Now, if there's something wrong with that particular vehicle other than what is being recalled, then take the necessary steps to reschedule. etc. This review has no negative bearing on Crown and it's personnel. Todd Carter was awesome. This is just a suggestion to maybe element so many steps on recalls. Hopefully there will never be anymore. More

Good folks, good service! I was in this past weekend to get an oil change in my 2016 Challenger R/T Plus and Lathan Biggs took care of me. I had thought that my free oil chang I was in this past weekend to get an oil change in my 2016 Challenger R/T Plus and Lathan Biggs took care of me. I had thought that my free oil changes ran out after a year and was planning this time to upgrade to Synthetic Oil and expecting to pay for it. Lathan informed me that I had only used 2 oil changes and had 2 remaining, they apparently don't expire until July 2018. He had asked me if I wanted to wait until after the free oil changes or go ahead with the synthetic. So, I asked "can I pay the difference and still get the synthetic", he checked into it for me an I was able to do so. He also passed on notes for me not to change the oil catch can or air filter since I had upgraded to the hellcat air grabber air box and took care of those myself. Wound up costing me about $30 out the door, much less than I had planned to pay when I first came in.....and I have 1 more free oil change coming! Thanks Lathan! I also got to talk to the technician that was servicing my car. I didn't catch his name. I was able to look under the car which I hadn't done before and was impressed by the super track pack components and the engineering into this fine machine. Anyway, struck up a conversation and he was a true Mopar Guy and we talked about his plan to put a 440 in his Mopar he was working on at home. Cool guy, he deserves kudos also if you can look into who serviced my car. Also got to speak with Shannon Hollifield who sold me my Challenger. He knows we plan to purchase a new Jeep for my wife in the near future and he knows that although I love my Challenger, I'm a car guy and always looking for something different....ie possibly a 392 Challenger T/A....anyway, I always touch base with Shannon when I'm in, he's a great guy and has earned my respect and business after a near fatal experience with the Finance guy (no longer works there) that we worked with when we bought my wife's 2014 Cherokee at Crown Chattanooga. First time I ever refused to shake a man’s hand. I had never planned to come back and only bought the Challenger because we had the wife's Jeep in for an oil change (only because it was free) and I found a Challenger I liked, since I had been looking and Crown had the one I wanted. Shannon turned this whole bad experience around into a customer that has now bought 2 cars from Crown, planning a 3rd and who knows what I might do if the right Challenger 392 or 392 T/A comes along and the timing is right. Now I ask you, isn't that what a good Sales Guy is supposed to do? So, someone in management should give him a pat on the back and a bonus! Yea, I work in Sales and Marketing too, so know how all this works. Shannon is "That Damn Good”! More

My most recent visit to the Crown Chattanooga service department was only to get my 3rd of the 4 free oil changes that Chrysler provided with the purc My most recent visit to the Crown Chattanooga service department was only to get my 3rd of the 4 free oil changes that Chrysler provided with the purchase of my new 2016 Ram 1500. This was the first time I had met Todd Carter. He was very friendly, personable, and professional. When I told him I was there for the free oil change, he offered some other services he thought I might be interested in, but did not pressure me when I told him I that I do my own maintenance and was not interested in anything but the free oil change. The oil change was done correctly and quickly! I have in the past , however, had warranty work performed on my 2012 Town & Country, being assisted by Judy McDowell and by Lathan Biggs, both of whom are also excellent. And the repairs were done properly the FIRST time! With 3 Chrysler vehicles I am very happy to have the Chrysler extended warranties on all of them and a great dealership like Crown Chattanooga to perform warranty service if I should need it. More
