Worst service department I have ever had to deal with Bought my truck brand new along with all of the extra warranties and such. I have had nothing but problems dealing with this service dept. They lie, they dont call u to give updates, they lie and they lie more. I will be trading my Dodge truck in soon and will get any other truck on the market before I subject myself to having to deal with the people in this service department again. Looks like I will be a Chevy owner pretty soon. As much as I hate to say that because I bleed Dodge but I will not spend that kind of money to get that kind of service ever again. excellent service This was my second visit although i didn't buy my Dodge there, i take my car there to get serviced and this particular time i dropped it off early for This was my second visit although i didn't buy my Dodge there, i take my car there to get serviced and this particular time i dropped it off early for an oil change,went to school, then picked it up after i got out of class-great service and they even washed and cleaned it for free! Not to mention the free amenities like coffee,water, and the best popcorn ever. The staff is very friendly and the prices are eco-friendly as well. Thanks Ms. Judy! More
