scheduling a service appointment only to be turned away I was scheduled for an appointment to have my truck looked at and diagnosed for tomorrow but was called at 3:20 to have them cancel on me. So I procee I was scheduled for an appointment to have my truck looked at and diagnosed for tomorrow but was called at 3:20 to have them cancel on me. So I proceed to drive to crown dodge after work to see what the problem was. Today is Tuesday and and they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't take in my truck until next Monday and that was a big maybe even that soon so since it has to do with my lights I need it fixed soon. So I ask what options I have they suggested I go to the Cleveland location and if I went straight there that they would get it diagnosed today. As I was leaving a woman walked in with the keys to her car and they took her car with a smile on there face and a thank you so I bite my tongue and headed to the Cleveland location but when I got there they told me that I would have to leave it and they would get to it tomorrow. So I personally will NEVER spend my money at crown dodge. More

Helpful, efficient quality service and staff. I took my Jeep in to have it serviced and check out a few little small issues it seem to be having. I talked with Judy who was extremely helpful, she I took my Jeep in to have it serviced and check out a few little small issues it seem to be having. I talked with Judy who was extremely helpful, she listened to everything I said, and kept me informed on every step of the process. I would recommend this dealership service department as top quality people to have to work with. It's never fun when you have to deal with car repairs but at least these are great people and give quality service. Ask for Judy! More
