We are from Atlanta and we drive up to buy our car and then went up a month later for the Diamond Coating application. Both experiences were great. He went out of his way to get us there through traffic, got us a great loaner car, and just bent like a pretzel to give us a great time in Chattanooga. He even was upset when our loaner care was dinky, which he didn't know we chose for the fun factor! He was just looking out for his customers.
