I bought an RV this summer and started camping. Used my 14 year old Chevy half ton to pull the trailer. Had a few issues which caused me to start looking for a replacement truck. Went by the dealer Friday and looked their trucks over. Came back Saturday with my trade and test drove. They were very knowledgeable of the vehicles which helped me find the best fit. Offer was very good. I go back Monday to pickup my new truck. It was a very pleasant truck buying experience. More

This by far has been my worse experience ever at a dealership, let alone one that's supposed to have such great ratings. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection for a rattling noise and had mentione dealership, let alone one that's supposed to have such great ratings. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection for a rattling noise and had mentioned something that maybe was the problem. My vehicle sat at the dealership for over 6 hours before I got a call about anything. When I received the call I was told that I needed a muffler for my car that was almost $500 before they could look into the possible warranty work problem to see if the catalytic converter was also bad. I was told by the service adviser that the noise I came in for could be bad but they wouldn't look into it unless I bought a new muffler that could possibly not be bad either. My husband called into the shop to figure out why I needed a new muffler just to see if the catalytic converter was bad. In the process of him taking to the service adviser David, David tells my husband, " If I would've known she had a husband, then I just would've called you about this." I don't know about any other people, but this is very sexiest. It shouldn't matter if I have a husband or not or if I'm male or female, the customer should be treated the same. I ended up just picking up my vehicle, but not before I had to pay $120 for my car to be inspected that day, which obviously hadn't even been looked at as you will find out below. The next day I took my vehicle to a small automotive repair shop in Ooltewah where in 5 minutes they had pulled my vehicle into their shop, lifted it and found the problem. It was a small clip that had broken off the heat shield and needed to be wielded. I walked out of there within 15 minutes and no charge. After going back to Crown I was reimbursed my money for " Misdiagnosis". I am thankful for this, but what if this was an elderly person or someone who didn't want to questions this ,they could've/would've paid a large amount of money and still not had their problem fixed. It also doesn't fix the fact the whatever mechanic looked or said they looked at my vehicle just COMPLETELY LIED, because my muffler isn't bad, isn't going bad and doesn't need to be replaced. I know it's hard to find honest people in this world, but it goes to show that some people at this dealership can't be trusted. More
I was driving a 2006 Dodge Dakota with high mileage. I was actually still making payments on said vehicle, but I was interested in trading it in for something more gas efficient. Honestly, I just stopped at the first dealership that caught my eye, which happened to be Crown. Of course the beautiful cars on the lot drew my attention, but the flailing inflatable man was pretty magnificent.. So I pulled in, and before I could even park, I was greeted with a smiling face: Terry Robey! I explained the situation with my truck to him, and he took me to his office to see what my options were. The odds didn't seem to be in my favor at first, but he maintained a pleasant attitude and kept trying to find a deal that would suit me. I'm sure it must be a tad bit disappointing when a customer arrives and explains they have no money to put down, but he never acted like it was a waste of time for him. He gave me a bit of advice, and I started to leave. Before I could even back my truck out of the parking space, he rushed out the door to me and said that I would be able to get a car after all! He and another salesman showed me a 2013 Chrysler 200, which I fell in love with immediately! I took it for a test drive and returned to the office to fill out paperwork. All of the people at Crown were incredibly caring and friendly. They definitely go out of their way to make sure the customers feel at home. I believe I was at the dealership for 3 hours or so, but never was I bored or confused as to what was going on. They explained everything to me plain as day (but not in a condescending manner). I greatly appreciated every single person I came into contact with at Crown. The past experiences I've had at dealerships have never been pleasant, to say the least. I highly recommend Crown to anyone who is looking for a great deal and outstanding service. More

Because my purchase was a business purchase, my expectations and demands were very specific. Upon making the decision to purchase a vehicle for our new VP of Sales, I contacted Ray West at the Cro expectations and demands were very specific. Upon making the decision to purchase a vehicle for our new VP of Sales, I contacted Ray West at the Crown dealership in Chattanooga via the telephone. I gave Ray my specifications on the kind of vehicle I desired and our purpose for the purchase: size, fuel economy, business needs, etc. Ray immediately gave me a couple of options that exactly fit with the specifications I had provided. Unfortunately for me, my business tasks required that I have multiple conversations with Ray: each time I had to cut off our phone conversation to handle business needs, Ray was extremely understanding and patient with me, and he took multiple calls from me in the same professional, friendly, helpful manner. In the span of a few hours, Ray had the found the perfect option for our business, and, again, because of business tasks, I could not leave the office to see the vehicle first-hand; so Ray took the time to drive the vehicle to my office for our examination. The next morning resulted in our purchase of the vehicle, a pre-owned 2011 Ford Taurus. Again, Ray drove to my office so that I could drive the vehicle back to the dealership to complete the purchase paperwork. Ray and Taralynne had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived at their office: they answered a few questions I had, and I was on the road to the office in our new car in less than an hour. If the need arises for another vehicle - whether it is for personal reason or business reasons, I will definitely be calling Ray again: he listened to my needs, offered suggestions and alternatives, and went out of his way to make the experience as easy as possible for me. Ours was a familiar story that you've heard before, we stopped in at the dealership to just look around and see what was available. We hadn't even talked about trading our vehicle at this time. But, Terry met us on the lot within just a few minutes and he was very friendly and open from the start. He went the extra mile to match what we thought we wanted to what they had on hand and we went through several possibilities before we found one that met pretty much all of the things on our want list. Terry stayed with us through the whole process, but he wasn't at all pushy and gave us our space to talk between us when we needed it. He made what we thought was an attractive offer on a truck that we really liked and then we moved inside to talk to Jimmy about trade-in values and financing. Jimmy went to extremes to find us the best loan rates out there and was patient with us through the whole process as well. More
