He went the extra mile to match what we thought we wanted to what they had on hand and we went through several possibilities before we found one that met pretty much all of the things on our want list. Terry stayed with us through the whole process, but he wasn't at all pushy and gave us our space to talk between us when we needed it. He made what we thought was an attractive offer on a truck that we really liked and then we moved inside to talk to Jimmy about trade-in values and financing.
