Mike O'Roake assisted me in purchasing a new Honda Pilot. I walked in and he was working on something else for another customer and I approached him as he was only person on the floor. Mike was able to answer my questions immediately, and offered to get another employee if I would like and I stated I wished to wait for him since he took the time to help me. Mike provided me with the information for the 3 cars I was looking at and was very friendly and not pushy.
